How does Instant Live Photo Delivery actually work?
Guests scan a QR code at your wedding, take a selfie to register, and then automatically receive personalized photos of themselves throughout your event — delivered directly to their phones in real time. See our full How It Works guide →
Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests only need their phone's camera to scan a QR code. Everything works through their web browser — no downloads, no accounts, no complicated setup. Just scan, selfie, and enjoy.
What's the difference between Instant Live images and pro retouched files?
Instant Live images receive automated lightly-retouched enhancement (color correction, exposure, contrast) and are delivered instantly with NO watermarks. Pro retouched files (available in most packages) receive high-touch manual work — skin cleanup, blemish removal, background distraction removal, and fine art color grading. You select which images become pro retouched from your live gallery within 7 days.
What is the ceremony-only 1-hour strict limit?
Ceremony-only packages (4A and 4B) are scheduled for exactly 1 hour with no flexibility. This lets us serve multiple weddings efficiently on peak dates while offering an affordable ceremony-focused option. The 1-hour window covers your ceremony (typically 30-45 minutes) plus arrival/exit moments.
What is the custom event hashtag branding?
For $125, we apply your custom wedding hashtag to every Instant Live delivered photo. When guests share their photos on social media, your hashtag travels with them — turning your wedding into a discoverable, shareable moment across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Are the Instant Live images watermarked?
No. Instant Live delivered images are NOT watermarked — they arrive on guest phones ready to share. This is different from our Signature and Curated services, which use watermarked review galleries for pro retouching selection.
What if I miss the 7-day pro retouching selection window?
If you don't submit your pro retouching selections within 7 calendar days, we auto-select the allotted number of images on your behalf to keep your delivery schedule on track. This ensures your pro retouched files are delivered within the 10-12 business day window.
Do you offer travel outside the Gulf Coast?
Yes. Travel within 60 miles round-trip of Biloxi is included. Beyond that, mileage is billed at the prevailing standard IRS business mileage rate. For destination weddings nationwide, travel accommodations are arranged with the client.
