How does the instant partial delivery work?
The moment you finish selecting which images you want pro retouched, the REMAINING images (the ones NOT selected for pro retouching) release automatically as lightly retouched, watermark-free downloads. You don't wait 10-12 days for those — you get them the second you make your selection. Only the pro retouched images require the 10-12 business day turnaround.
What is the difference between lightly retouched and professionally retouched?
Lightly retouched images receive global color correction, exposure balancing, cropping, and contrast optimization — polished and ready to enjoy. Professionally retouched images receive all of that PLUS manual skin cleanup, blemish removal, background distraction removal, and fine art color grading — the magazine-quality treatment.
Is the wedding day coverage the same as Signature?
Absolutely. On your wedding day, we deliver the same level of coverage, attention, and artistry as our flagship Signature service. The difference is only in the delivery model — not in how we shoot your day.
What if I miss the 7-day selection window?
If you don't submit your selections within 7 calendar days, we auto-select the allotted number of images on your behalf to keep your delivery schedule on track. Once auto-selection happens, both your lightly retouched images and pro retouched images enter production. This ensures you always receive your final gallery within the promised 10-12 business day window.
How long is my gallery active?
Galleries remain active online for 1 month (30 days) after final delivery. If you need re-access later, a $100 non-refundable reinstatement fee provides 30 additional days of gallery access. Same terms as our Signature Coverage service.
Can I add more pro retouched images later?
Absolutely. Additional retouched images are available as add-ons: 10 for $99, 25 for $199, or 50 for $349. You can add these before or after receiving your gallery.
Which package do most Curated couples choose?
Package 2 ($1,200, 3 hours, 175 images) is our most popular Curated option. It provides full event coverage including reception at a $200 savings over Signature. Package 3 works for ceremony-focused weddings; Package 1 is ideal for couples wanting maximum image count at $200 savings.
Do you offer travel outside the Gulf Coast?
Yes. Travel within 60 miles round-trip of Biloxi is included. Beyond that, mileage is billed at the prevailing standard IRS business mileage rate. For destination weddings nationwide, travel accommodations are arranged with the client.
