Why do you only serve small weddings?
Small weddings allow us to be fully present at your celebration. By capping guests at 100 and bridal parties at 12, we ensure every meaningful moment gets captured with the care it deserves. Larger weddings simply cannot receive the same personalized attention.
How do I choose which images get professionally retouched?
After your wedding, you receive a watermarked review gallery of every image captured. You have 7 calendar days to select which images you'd like professionally retouched (based on the number included in your package). If you miss the 7-day window, we auto-select on your behalf to keep your delivery on schedule. Final retouched images are delivered within 10-12 business days after selections are submitted or auto-finalized.
What is the difference between Signature and Curated Coverage?
Signature Coverage Collection is our flagship service with a generous number of professionally retouched images and full event coverage — the complete wedding experience. Curated Coverage is our streamlined essentials option: fewer total images at a more accessible price, still using the same client-select workflow. Both give you full control over which images become magazine-quality.
What is Instant Live Photo Delivery?
Our Instant Live Photo Delivery technology transmits photos wirelessly from camera to cloud in real time. Guests receive their personalized photos on their phones via QR code and selfie facial-recognition matching. Live images use automated lightly-retouched enhancement (no watermarks, no selection needed). If your package includes additional pro retouching, you'll select those from the live gallery within the same 7-day window.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Biloxi, MS and cover the 160-mile Gulf Coast corridor from New Orleans, LA to Pensacola, FL as our home region — including Ocean Springs, Bay St. Louis, Mobile, and Hattiesburg. Travel within 60 miles round-trip is included; beyond that, mileage is billed at the prevailing standard IRS business mileage rate. Destination weddings nationwide are welcome with travel accommodations arranged with clients.
How long are galleries active?
Galleries remain active online for 1 month (30 days) following final delivery. After that, galleries are archived to cold storage. If you need re-access later, a $100 non-refundable reinstatement fee provides 30 additional days of gallery access.
Do you offer physical prints?
Physical prints are available as post-event add-ons through our digital storefront. Base packages are digital delivery only, which keeps our pricing lean and eliminates shipping delays. Prints are subject to applicable state and local sales tax based on delivery destination.
How far in advance should I book?
Most small weddings book 3-9 months in advance. Peak wedding season dates (spring, fall, holiday weekends) fill fastest. Rush bookings may be possible based on calendar availability — contact us to check specific dates.
