How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 15-30 days in advance for standard events. For holiday season events (October-December), book 30+ days ahead as dates fill quickly. Rush bookings may be accommodated based on availability.
What areas do you serve?
We serve the Mississippi Gulf Coast and regional markets including New Orleans, Houston, Nashville, Atlanta, DFW, and Tampa/Orlando. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our local service area — we'll include these transparently in your custom quote.
Do guests need to download an app?
No app required. Guests scan a QR code with their smartphone camera, upload a quick selfie, and receive their photos through a web-based interface. Works on any modern smartphone.
Is guest data secure?
Absolutely. Selfies and contact information are stored securely and used strictly for photo identification and retrieval. Data is never sold, shared, or used for external marketing purposes.
What happens after the download limit is reached?
Your original gallery stays live for included downloads. A second gallery is created for additional photos which guests can purchase individually. This ensures everyone gets what's included in your package while providing an option for more.
Can we use our own branded backdrop?
Yes! If you have a corporate step-and-repeat or branded backdrop, we're happy to use it. Alternatively, our physical backdrop options include holiday, corporate, and seasonal themes with matching floor coverage and free themed props.
What's your response time on quote requests?
We respond to all inquiries within 48 hours with a custom proposal tailored to your event. Most quotes are delivered within 24 hours during standard business days.
Do you offer wedding reception coverage?
Yes — our Event Photography service can be added to your wedding reception for instant guest photo delivery. Contact us for wedding-specific package options combining traditional coverage with instant delivery for reception guests.
