Simple, transparent, no surprises.
30% non-refundable retainer secures your date. Remaining balance due day of event. Cash, ACH, card (+4%), or Afterpay (+8%). Setup is included and happens before your event start time.
Planning for your setup.
The 360 booth needs a few things to run smoothly. Here's what to plan for at your venue. If your space doesn't check every box, call us anyway, we can usually work it out.
⚡ Standard power outlet
A regular 110V outlet within reach of the booth location. Standard event venues already have this covered.
📍 About 10x10 feet of space
Clear floor space for the booth, stanchions, and room for guests to pose comfortably.
⛪️ Solid, level surface
Concrete, hardwood, tile, or event flooring. Not sand, gravel, loose dirt, or soft grass.
⛱️ Covered area if outdoors
Pavilion, tent, pergola, or indoor space. The booth and camera equipment aren't rain-safe.
🕑 Setup access before event start
Typically 2 hours before guests arrive. For out-of-town or weekend events, access the day before is helpful.
👤 Attendant station
A small table or chair near the booth for the attendant to manage the guest flow and overlays.

Common questions.
How long does each video take?
The spin itself takes about 15 seconds. Guests get their video on their phone within seconds of stepping off the platform.
How many guests can use it in an hour?
Realistically, 30 to 50 guests per hour, depending on how many pile on at once. Groups of 2 to 4 is the sweet spot.
Can we add our own logo or wedding monogram to the videos?
Yes. Every booking includes a custom overlay with your event logo, wedding monogram, or chosen theme design. Send it over after booking and we'll build it before the event.
What happens if my venue doesn't meet all the setup requirements?
Call us. Most issues have a workaround. We've set up in a lot of different spaces and can usually figure out what will work for yours.
Do you travel outside the Biloxi area?
Yes. Travel within 25 miles is included. Beyond that: $150 (25–100 miles), $500 (100–200 miles), and quoted beyond 200 miles. Call or text 228.910.3307 with your location to confirm.
Can we book the booth and photography together?
Yes, and we recommend it. The Full Experience bundle combines the 360 Booth with 3 hours of Instant Live Delivery photography coverage for $1,650 (saves $325 vs. booking separately).

Will I receive all the videos after the event?
