We coach your posing and expression while your images appear live on screen. You pick your favorites before you leave the studio.
Sign and Receive
Sign your licensing agreement after your session, and your professionally retouched images are delivered automatically, within 24 hours for most packages.

Our booking calendar may show other dates, but the Headshot Clinic is held only on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month, between 10 AM and 2 PM. If you book on the wrong day, we will contact you to move your session to a correct clinic day and time.

Clinic questions
Which days can I book?
Only the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month, between 10 AM and 2 PM. Our booking calendar may display other dates, but Clinic sessions are held only on those days. If you book on the wrong day, we will contact you to move your session to a correct clinic day and time.
Do I have to do a traditional headshot?
Not at all. The Clinic welcomes every style, from a classic LinkedIn headshot to a bold personal-brand portrait with statement color and expressive posing. Tell us the look you want when you arrive, and we'll coach you into it.
What backgrounds can I choose?
Black, white, and grey are included with The First Impression, The Personal Brand Boost, and The Power Pair. For a boardroom-ready or themed look, book The Corner Office, which includes one executive background for all three of your images: a digitally created office, conference room, or library scene, or a custom-created themed background. One executive background per package. You can choose your background in advance or on the day of your session.
How do I choose my images?
Your images appear on our screen as they're taken, and you pick your favorites before you leave. On-site selections are final. If you can't decide, we'll choose the strongest image for you.
When will I receive my images?
After your session, you'll receive your licensing agreement. Once it's signed, your images are delivered automatically, and your delivery time begins at signing. The First Impression, The Personal Brand Boost, and The Power Pair are delivered within 24 hours. The Corner Office and any additional images are delivered within 48 hours.
Do I need to arrive ready?
Yes. Please arrive 5 minutes early and camera-ready, with hair and makeup done and dressed in your first outfit. Sessions run back-to-back, so late arrival time is deducted from your session.
What should I wear?
For a classic look, wear what you'd wear to work or an interview. Solid colors photograph best. For a personal brand or creative look, go bold: rich color, statement jewelry, and your signature style are all welcome. Avoid busy patterns, small stripes, and large logos. Bring a second top if you'd like help choosing.
Can I take photos with my phone during my session?
No. Personal photos and videos are not permitted during sessions, including photos of the viewing screen.
Can I bring a co-worker or business partner?
Yes. Book The Power Pair ($135) for a 30-minute visit, with each person getting their own full session and their own retouched headshot. For small teams, book back-to-back slots so everyone is photographed with the same setup.
How do I pay?
Full payment is due at booking and is non-refundable. We accept cash (exact amount only), credit and debit cards, and CashApp, with a 4% processing fee on electronic payments. Afterpay is available with an 8% fee. Checks are not accepted.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, once, with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. A second reschedule requires a new session payment. No-shows forfeit their session payment.
What about teams of 25 or more?
