We Set Up On-Site

Deliver to HR
Retouched headshots go to your designated contact 5 to 7 business days after your session, organized by employee name. No proofing rounds, no chasing selections.

Before your session, we'll ask for a quick video or photos of your space so lighting and setup are planned in advance. For sessions starting before 10 AM, you can add Evening-Before Arrival so setup is complete before your first employee walks in.

Questions from HR teams
How much time does each employee need?
About 3 to 5 minutes for Foundation and Standard, and about 3 minutes for Enterprise, including choosing their favorite image. Executive Add-On sessions take about 10 minutes. We build a schedule so employees arrive at their time slot and head straight back to work.
How do employees choose their headshot?
Right after their session, each employee picks their favorite images on our tablet before leaving the chair. If someone can't decide, we choose the strongest image for them. On-site selections are final, and retouched headshots are delivered to your designated contact 5 to 7 business days after your session. There is no proofing gallery for HR to manage.
What space do you need at our office?
A conference room or open area where we can set up a backdrop and lights, plus access to a standard power outlet. Before your session, we'll ask for a quick video or photos of the space so lighting and setup are planned in advance.
Can you start early in the morning?
Yes. For sessions starting before 10 AM, add Evening-Before Arrival for $200 on Local and Regional trips, and we'll arrive the night before so setup is complete before your first employee walks in. National travel already includes lodging.
Do you collect any facial recognition or biometric data?
No. Corporate headshot sessions use no selfies, face scans, or facial recognition of any kind. Employees are photographed and their images are delivered to your designated contact.
Will everyone's headshots actually match?
Yes. Before your session, you choose your team's framing, background, and pose from our headshot style guide, and your choice is confirmed in your proposal. On the day, every employee is photographed at one fixed lighting station with that exact setup, so your team page looks consistent no matter where the session takes place.
Who owns the images?
DP Photography LLC retains copyright. Your company receives a commercial use license for your website, staff directories, LinkedIn profiles, press, and marketing materials. Full terms are included in your agreement.
What does National travel include?
National Deployment starts at $1,500 for sessions more than 200 miles one way from Biloxi and includes lodging. Multi-day sessions or bookings made less than 21 days in advance are quoted at actual travel cost.
What if an employee misses the session?
Let us know when you request your proposal. We can recommend options for absent employees and new hires so their headshots match the rest of the team.
Why is there a minimum invoice?
The minimum keeps pricing fair between tiers. Without it, a 50-person team would pay less than a 49-person team. Your Standard invoice covers up to 60 headshots (Enterprise covers up to 140), so if your team is smaller, you can use the extra sessions on the same day for new hires, leadership, or part-time staff.
What if fewer employees show up?
Your invoice is based on the headcount confirmed at booking or the tier minimum, whichever is higher.
